Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
I do not accept returns, however I am eager to rectify any problems that may come up with your order so please contact me at joanna@joannahenniganpottery.com for any reason.
Do you accept cancelations after I place an order?
I am willing to process a cancellation up until I have shipped your order which may be 1 to 3 days. If you change your mind on something, email me immediately and in many cases I will be able to refund your order.
What carrier do you use for shipping?
For single pieces I typically use USPS priority 2 day shipping. Occasionally I will use UPS if it is longer distances or for bigger boxes. Estimated delivery: 5-10 days after ordering.
Do you offer international shipping?
Shipping to Canada via USPS International is a newly added option. The price I charge to you could be higher than the actual cost of shipping. If I overcharge you by $5 or more I will refund you the total overages. Customer is responsible for all import fees/taxes. I will provide you with USPS tracking via email when I ship your order. Estimated shipping time is 2 to 3 weeks.
How does a local pickup work?
Local Pickup charges just a few dollars for packaging and processing. After your order I will email you to schedule a time you can come to the south east part of Tucson to pick up. In some cases I can arrange a pickup in other parts of town.
