Hi, I’m Joanna.

I am not making pottery as our family transitions through a cross-country move. I love making functional art out of clay, so I will be back to it at a smaller capacity and with new designs once we feel settled.

Ceramics became my passion in college while earning my fine art degree. I took a break from making pottery when our daughter came into the world, but I came back to it in 2019 and built a business making mugs, planters and other pieces of functional art.

My most recent designs were inspired by my favorite places in nature and were especially informed by life in the Sonoran Desert. My work is uniquely decorated with detailed line work and carvings that reflect my foundational love of drawing.
